We collect account details, contact details, property inquiry details, saved searches, favourites, listing analytics, agency profile data, payment and invoice records, newsletter preferences and technical security logs.

When visitors contact an agency or seller, the inquiry details may be sent to the relevant agency, seller and ktivio operational inboxes so the request can be delivered and measured.

We use data to run property listings, deliver leads, protect accounts, process payments, send saved search alerts, produce listing and banner analytics, improve SEO pages and help agencies understand campaign performance.

We do not sell personal inquiry data as a contact database. Monetization is based on listings, promotions, packages, banners and advertising placements.
